Deleting Your Data

Last updated: October 2026

This page explains what Deanna stores, how to remove it yourself, and how to request deletion of your account and all associated data. The Service is operated by Deanna Labs Inc..

1. What we store when you connect a social account

If you connect Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Telegram, Etsy, WordPress or Google Drive so Deanna can publish or read on your behalf, we store only what is needed:

  • An access token, so we can act on your behalf
  • The identifier and name of the account or Page you selected
  • The posts you schedule: their text, the link, and when they should go out

We do not read your messages, your friends list, your personal profile content, or any Page content beyond what you ask us to publish. None of it is sold or shared.

2. Disconnect it yourself

The fastest route, and it takes effect immediately:

  1. Sign in to Deanna and open Accounts & Sources
  2. Find the platform and press Disconnect

This deletes the access token and the connection from our database. Deanna loses all access, and anything still queued will not be published. Posts already published stay on your Page — you can remove those from the platform itself, or revoke access from its own apps settings.

3. Photographs you uploaded

If you used virtual try-on, the model creator, Scene Me, Place Me or AI video, the photograph you provided and the images generated from it are stored with your account. You can delete them individually from where they appear, or include them in a full deletion request. We do not use facial recognition and do not keep biometric identifiers — see section 2 of our Privacy Policy.

4. Delete your account and all data

Email admin@deannalabs.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. This covers your account, your MiniStores, your social connections and their tokens, your images and your scheduled posts.

Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it — billing records, for tax purposes. Anything kept for that reason is stored separately and is not used to operate the Service.

5. What happens to copies held by AI providers

When you generate an image or a video, your material is sent to an AI provider to produce the result. Deleting it in Deanna removes what sits on our infrastructure, but we cannot directly delete the copy the provider holds.

What we can tell you about that copy: it is kept for a limited period to deliver the service and run abuse checks — typically around 30 days — after which the provider deletes it under its own terms. We use their business and API offerings, under terms that do not permit training models on your content.

If you need it removed sooner, write to us and we will pass the request to the provider concerned. We cannot guarantee their turnaround, because it is not our system.

6. If you do not have an account

You may still have information with us. If you submitted an enquiry through a MiniStore contact form, we hold your name, email, telephone number and message, and the creator of that MiniStore has a copy. If you follow a creator, they can reach your email address.

Write to admin@deannalabs.com from the address you used, saying what you want removed. We delete our copy and tell the creator to delete theirs.

7. Your other rights

Beyond deletion, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, restriction of processing, and a portable copy. See Your Privacy Choices for how to exercise each one.
