Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: October 2026

1. We do not sell or share your personal information

Deanna Labs Inc. does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Because we do not sell or share, there is no opt-out for you to set. If that ever changes we will update this page, give notice before it takes effect, and provide a working opt-out here.

We do make some disclosures, and you should know what they are: if you submit an enquiry through a MiniStore, it goes to that MiniStore's creator so they can reply; if you follow a creator, your email address becomes available to them so they can send you updates; and if you join a sales team, your name and activity in it are visible to whoever runs it. None of these is a sale, and none involves advertising.

2. Sensitive information

Photographs you upload of yourself may be treated as sensitive personal information. We use them only to produce the image or video you asked for. We do not use them to infer characteristics about you, and we do not disclose them for any third party's own purposes. There is therefore nothing to limit beyond what we already do, but you can delete them at any time.

3. The rights you have

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

  • Know what personal information we hold, where we got it, why we have it and who we disclosed it to
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your information
  • Receive a portable copy in a usable format
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable, as explained above
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising any of these rights.

4. How to make a request

Email admin@deannalabs.com from the address registered to your account, telling us which right you want to exercise. Using your registered address is how we verify the request; if you cannot, we may ask for other information to confirm your identity, used only for that purpose.

You do not need an account. If you submitted an enquiry through a MiniStore, or follow a creator and want to stop receiving their email, write from the address you used and we will act on it the same way.

We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 30 days, or 45 days where an extension is permitted, in which case we will tell you. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorisation.

5. Deleting your data yourself

You can disconnect any linked social account from Accounts & Sources, which deletes its access token immediately, and delete MiniStores and uploaded images from your account at any time. Our data deletion instructions explain this in full.

6. Appeals and contact

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will review it and give you a written answer. Several US states require this; if we cannot resolve it, you may contact your state attorney general.
